At Slack, I helped redefine strategy for Workflows and other features in under the automation umbrella. Over the course of two-and-a-half years, my team took a complicated, developer-centric product and reworked both the product and organization to cater to non-technical consumers as well.

Workflow Tab in channels and DMs
Featured Workflows
I also contributed to systems like the Slack redesign (IA4), as well as developed design systems that saw use across product focus areas, like Lists and Canvases.
